A Taste of Haida Gwaii

Winner of the 2016 BC best book prize dill future booksellers choice award, “A Taste of Haida Gwaii “ by Susan Musgrave, details the joys and struggles with living on an isolated island. It gives stories of the locals, shows wildlife and recipes all unique to the island. The recipes are full of culture and range from jam filled cookies to six course meals.
