Tart Tamper

This tart tamper has a length of 5-7/8 inches / 14.8 cm and is a joy to use. Simply place a small amount of dough into the tart tin and then, dust one of the two ends of the tamper with flour. Now, turn the tamper slightly to push down the dough.
