This classic cocktail is a perfect balance of sweet and sour and will definitely get you in the St. Patrick's Day spirit.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 oz Irish whiskey
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- Ice
- Lime slice for garnish
METHOD:
- Fill a shaker with ice
- Add the Irish whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup, and bitters to the shaker
- Shake well and strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice
